Claim Processing:
To file a claim with Farmers Mutual Home Insurance Company you must contact your agent. If your agent is unavailable please contact the Home office at 1-800-234-3987.
Our claims processing department is dependent upon a claim report being filed with the Company by one of our licensed agencies on the behalf of an insured. All claims are processed as quickly as possible after the report is received. In most cases an independent adjuster is assigned to the claim according to the location of that claim. The adjuster’s recommendations are then followed in the settlement of a claim in accordance with the policy written for that specific insured.
